Create New Survey

Access your survey builder account to create new survey, you can create unlimited number of surveys, each created survey can be customized and tested on your devices as required. Created surveys can be assigned to tablet or mobile devices to collect data.

See below instructions to create new survey

1. Click on Surveys Tab
2. Click the Create New Survey button from left sidebar
3. Enter a New Survey Name
4. Click on the Create Survey button
5. After creating the survey, you can start adding your survey questions as required

Notes

If you already have an existing survey, you can copy an existing survey and start customizing. Copying and customizing an existing survey can be faster than creating a new survey from scratch.
