- Choose Survey you want to edit
- Go to Setup Tab
- You can update Survey Name if required
- Optional: In the Survey Description text box, you can enter a friendly description that describes your survey. The Survey Description makes it easier for you to find and identify your survey. E.g., Health facility assessment for operational deployment and planning.
- Optional: In the Introduction Screen Text box enter your introduction text. This is the first text a subject will see when they start your survey. E.g., Welcome to the health facility assessment for operational deployment planning survey.
- Optional: In the Finish Screen Text box enter the text that is displayed at the end of the survey. E.g., Thank you for completing the survey
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
