Download Survey Results to Computer

You can download survey results at any time, follow below steps to download results to your local computer.

1. Go to the Surveys Tab
2. Find the Survey you want to download result for
3. Find the Results Column
4. Under the Results Column click on the Results button
5. Click on Download Results button
6. Choose your Result Format, Date Range and Download Options
7. Click on Generate Result Download Link button
8. From File Download Popup Window, click on your survey report to download
9. The survey results file will be generated and downloaded to your computer

You can only download up to 10 survey results from a test mode survey that has not been purchased.
